Gunjan was admitted to the Bar in 1999. She briefly worked at a couple of law firms prior to founding the firm ZeusIP Advocates in 2004. She is a qualified attorney and a registered Patent Agent. Naveen is a practicing Patent Attorney in India. He is qualified Mechanical Engineer and an advocate enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi. He has extensive experience for more than sixteen years in the domain of Intellectual Property (IP) and specializes in counseling on protection, enforcement and management of IP assets. His core areas in IP include patents, designs and trademarks. On the domain of patents, Naveen has been actively involved in advising universities, R&D centres in mining inventions, advising on patentability of innovations, drafting of patent applications, patent analytics and patent prosecution services in the areas relating to mechanical, electromechanical, electronics and telecommunications, bio‐medical instrumentation and software. He has extensive experience in prosecuting patent applications (including PCT National Phase, convention and regular applications in India and PCT and convention applications globally). In the domain of trademarks, Naveen has been actively involved in advising on trademark clearance searches for adoption and use of trademarks, assisting clients in filing and prosecuting trademark applications in India and worldwide up to registrations and enforcement of their trademark rights. Naqeeb started his legal career in 2003 practicing in the Delhi High Court and Jammu & Kashmir High Court with leading litigating lawyers.
